Your data should not be a mystery.

Zappye is developed and operated by an independent team based in Singapore. This notice explains what the service receives, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information, purposes, and retention

Zappye receives account details, submitted prompts and task content, uploaded files, generated results, saved session memory, and operational or security records. We use this information to provide requested features, maintain and troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse, maintain service security, and understand service performance.

Zappye keeps account, conversation, file, result, and operational data only as needed to operate your chosen features, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Models and service providers

We do not sell user data. We do not use user content to train a Zappye-owned model. Relevant content may be sent to model and infrastructure providers needed to complete requested features.

Provider-controlled processing and retention follow their policies. Isolated execution may process necessary files and context when a requested feature needs file processing, browser use, or code execution.

Security limits

We use practical safeguards, but no online service can promise zero risk. Avoid submitting unnecessary secrets or highly sensitive information.

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics may process page, referrer, device, performance, and approximate traffic-region information to help understand use and performance across public marketing and content pages. It does not collect prompts, uploaded files, generated results, or account contents. Cloudflare Dashboard rules must exclude /app*, /api*, and /generated*; those exclusions depend on verified Dashboard rules rather than the site's code.

Saved memory and choices

Deleting saved session memory removes it from the active memory list and stops its future use as saved memory. The original conversation, operational records, and information already received by a model provider may remain under separate retention rules.
